In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their registration and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide better service to our clients. Registration with the company does not means that you will be guaranteed placed somewhere  or we are assuring you about the job placement .Registration fee is just a facilitation charges to keep your details in our database and to intimate you about any suitable vacancy.

The Company does not guarantee your placement or selection against any vacancy as selection is wholly dependent on the skills of the job seekers and the particular company has sole right to select or reject any candidate.

Refund is applicable if the candidate is not provided with at least three opportunities.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Refund will be credited to the source account in 7 working days.

Complete Refund Eligibility :

A complete refund of the Service Fee, excluding GST, will be issued if the Company fails to organise at least three interview process for the candidate.Such a refund shall be processed within 7 days from the date of acknowledgment of the failure.

After registration if the candidate goes through different process with the help of company and at get selected but refuse to join then there is no refund applicable.

Note:  We are a service provider company and do not produce products. Any issues related to the behavior of the selected candidates are not the responsibility of our company. We ensure that our candidates meet the required professional standards; however, we cannot guarantee their personal conduct or behavior.
